CreekView - $109.00
From the CreekView Room, you can see both the Ohio River and Ginat Creek, the outlet to the Ohio River for the Holiday Point Marina. You can sit on CreekView's balcony deck, watch the parade of boats to and from the marina, and pick your favorite boat. Its attached bath includes a walk-in shower. |
MarinaView - $99.00
You can see the Holiday Point Marina (between the trees), Ginat Creek, and the Inn’s grounds from this room. MarinaView also has a turret ceiling. Your private bathroom with a tub/shower combination is a step across the hall. |

HealthView Suite - $109.00
From HealthView’s exercise room you can see the Ohio River and Ginat Creek. Equipment in this suite includes a stationary bike, ski machine, weightlifting station, and treadmill. There is satellite TV for entertainment as you exercise. Relax in a whirlpool tub in HealthView's bath after exercising.

- For cancellations received on the day before and the day of a scheduled stay.

- Pets accommodated at the Tri State Animal Clinic, a 10-minute drive from the Inn. Certified Guide, Signal, and Service dogs welcomed at the Inn.
- Children are welcomed at The RiverView Bed and Breakfast Inn. However, they must be closely supervised at all times due to the nature of our riverfront surroundings.

smoke-free environment. No smoking permitted inside the Inn. Smokers
can use the riverside deck, the balcony deck outside the CreekView Room, or the
HealthView Suite patio
